Cancellations

Please note we are unable to cancel or refund any orders once an item is enroute to you. We also cannot cancel or refund because of shipping delays.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

 

If you've received items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you, or a full refund.

How to process your damaged, defective or incorrect order

- Bring items to the boutique store location to process your refund

OR

- Take photos of the item out of the packaging. Please take photos of all sides of the item, as it will be reviewed to determine if, in fact, the item was damaged or defective.

- Send the photos & order number to MagnoliaArcadia@gmail.com. And give a complete descriptive summary of what the eligible issue/s are regarding your item(s)

- The item will be evaluated. If approved, you WILL NOT need to send the item back. However, you can if you would like to. (See return address section below)

- You can choose to receive a FULL REFUND or have your item replaced at no cost to you.

Please Note: After contacting customer support within seven (7) days of delivery, the customer has two (2) weeks from the date of initial contact with support (whether initiating a return, exchange, damaged/missing product inquiry, etc.) to send customer support all necessary information to fulfill the order. If two weeks have transpired from the date of initial contact, the order will be considered resolved and no longer active.

 

2. Unhappy with your Items and Would Like a Refund:

 

If you are unhappy with your items and would like a refund (minus shipping fees and a 5% restock fee), please notify us WITHIN 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed items to be eligible for a refund.

How to process a Refund:

- Bring UNUSED items to the boutique store location to process your refund.

OR

- Send your request & order number & photos of UNUSED items to MagnoliaArcadia@gmail.com

- Once approved we will send a confirmation email

- Send items to 124 E Foothill Blvd, Arcadia, CA 91006 (shipping for returns will be covered by the customer)

- Send the confirmed tracking information to MagnoliaArcadia@gmail.com

 

Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them and process a refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Exchange for Another Item

 

We will only accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery of the items on unused, unworn & unwashed items.

How to process an exchange:

- Send the request including order number & photos of new unused items & to include FULL information of the item you would like in exchange to MagnoliaArcadia@gmail.com

- Once approved we will send a confirmation email

- Send the item to 124 E Foothill Blvd, Arcadia, CA 91006

- Send the confirmed tracking information to MagnoliaArcadia@gmail.com

- Once received, we will refund your original item(s), but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the items to us

- We will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we will send your requested item(s). The customer will pay for shipping for the new items.

- We will send out your new item within 3 business days

4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Returns can take some processing time & vary by bank & credit card company, please check with your financial institution before reaching out as refunds may be pending.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact MagnoliaArcadia@gmail.com including your information & order #.

Once your order leaves the Magnolia Boutique Arcadia it is the responsibility of the shipping company to deliver your order. Please contact the shipping company with any delivery issues.


5. Sale or Clearance Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
